Reiki for Relaxation
Indulge yourself in a reiki treatment focused on relaxation, stress relief, grounding, and sinking into the cozy weather season. I will have a selection of essential oils (optional) in scents like vanilla bean and cocoa, as well as other traditional essential oil scents to choose from. I also will include a guided meditation focused on slowing down & grounding. This reiki treatment can be accompanied by an optional add-on of ASMR treatments (in-person only) such as hair play and back scratches.
